PC Health Check

Sublime Solution "PC Health Check" of the User Computing Experience service is a rapid, cost-effective way to address the technology issues that resource constraints have forced you to ignore. The Health Check service will find ways to decrease cost, increase performance, and at the same time improve the overall end user computing experience.

Like most IT organizations, you most likely are stretched thin, and just don't have the resources for this type of comprehensive assessment. Sublime can run a complete assessment of your environment with very little set up and a data collection window as small as 30 days. We will provide a detailed analysis of what is happening at the end user level (PC by PC and Application by Application) to help identify problems. We will also provide you a high level assessment of where there are trouble spots (different geographic locations, types of machines, application versions etc.).

Sublime Solution Consultants will examine your company's critical end user computing infrastructure to assess how it impacts worker productivity. Our consultants will help you identify root PC performance issues that degrade your end users’ computing experience such as slow response times, application unavailability, bandwidth issues, etc ...

As a Sublime Solution customer you may be eligible for a "Health Check" of the User Computing Experience service. The analysis is designed for Sublime Solution customers who meet the following guideline:

• Minimum 100 clients

Vista Readiness Analysis

Sublime Solution Vista Readiness Analysis with Serden’s technology component is more than a hardware assessment or Inventory tool. It includes critical success factors for migration planning and includes the actual end-user experience and application usage.

The readiness analysis determines if the PC and the usage model for that PC is Vista compatible, and if so, what version of Vista it could run. Most importantly the analysis will determine the risk level moving to Vista based on actual end user usage.

As a Sublime Solution customer you may be eligible for a Sublime Solution Vista Readiness Analysis. The analysis is designed for Sublime Solution customers who meet the following guidelines:

• Minimum 100 clients
• Plan to migrate to Microsoft Vista within next 12 months
